Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 2026

1. Information We Collect

At Ngwanu Motors, we only collect customer details necessary to facilitate vehicle inquiries, test drive scheduling, and trade-in valuations. This may include your name, WhatsApp phone number, email address, and vehicle trade-in preferences.

2. AI Car Finder & Data Protection

Our 2026 AI Car Finder runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. No personal identifying information (PII) is shared with language models; only car attributes (budget, body type, seats) and showroom inventory metadata are evaluated.

3. Third-Party Payments (Paystack)

Payment processing for reservations is handled via Paystack in test mode for demonstration purposes. We never store credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
