1. Dealership Vehicle Sales
All vehicles advertised on Ngwanu Motors are subject to prior sale. While we strive to maintain live stock accuracy, availability must be confirmed with our showroom staff prior to physical transit.
2. Valuation Estimates
Valuation offers generated by our Sell or Swap tool are automated estimates based on current Nigerian automotive market benchmarks. Binding offers require in-person mechanical inspection and document verification.
3. 48-Hour Vehicle Holding Deposits
A reservation deposit holds a vehicle exclusively for 48 hours. If the vehicle fails to match the published 150-point diagnostic inspection report upon physical inspection, the reservation deposit is 100% refundable.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
